At Taora, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges within 2 days of the delivery date for eligible items. Return

1. Eligibility:
   To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
2. Initiating a Return:
   To initiate a return, drop a message on our WhatsApp number +91 9511681269 within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please mention your order number and the reason for return.
   Note: An unboxing video is mandatory to process any return or exchange request.
3. Return Shipping:
   Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.
4. Refunds:
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. COD Orders:
   Refunds for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be issued as a voucher coupon code redeemable on our website for your next purchase. Please note that COD charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

1. Eligibility:
   Exchanges are available for items that are defective, damaged upon receipt, or if you received the wrong item.
2. Initiating an Exchange:

3. Exchange Process:
